This is a "World Class Striper Fishery".

Trophy rockfish season is late April thru May and again in the fall in late October thru December.

Rockfish in the 18" to 24" class can be found all season. Charter fishing for Rockfish in the early spring is normally excellent to spectacular. A citation fish, one for the wall, is very possible.

Company or large organization outings can be arranged, as there are more than 35 modern Chesapeake Bay charter boats in Solomons. Have a great sportfishing experience followed by a fish fry.
